The game will be 7+ PEGI age rating as well as E for everyone for the ESBR rating. This will mean the game will also be available to the widest demographic audience to give it more chance to succeed and get consistent player base.
This will be achieved by showing no gore or realistic violence. the shear extent of violence will be a cartoonish zap if you fail repairing some equipment. As well as this the game will include no sharing or harmful language.
The game will run only using front facing buttons on traditional controllers (d-pad and the four lettered buttons) and the bumpers and triggers. this will allow it to be played on all platforms and therefore reach the widest audience. As well as this the possibility of condensing the controls down to only bumpers opens up the possibility to play using only one joy con on Nintendo Switch making the game have a wider appeal to that audience.
That being said I believe that overall the game would be released on PS4, Xbox one and Nintendo Switch (it is worth saying PS5 and Xbox series S & X would be playable with backwards compatibility.)
The last platform requirement I want to cover is if the switch is going to be played in handheld mode the game may need to be optimised for that as a lot of games need to on that device.
